+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Dong Nai Tourist Joint Stock Company. Address: 105 Ha Huy Giap road, Khanh Hung Quarter, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai Province on working days from 09/01/2026. ID cards or share ownership certificate have to be presented. Institutional shareholders  have to present a letter of introduction (in case of authorizing an employee to receive dividend) and a request for receiving dividend.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
